News & Information Hub The hub and helpline will create a single point for accessing or distributing all types of news and information relevant to the voluntary sector. The team have decided to use a staged build for the news hub, using what is known as ‘agile prototyping’. The TLI News & Information team is busy finding examples of good news & information 'hubs' and of helplines. Officers at NAVCA had helped us by signposting to a couple of good websites in the sector, but we are also looking at the best examples of news hubs from other sectors. We are meeting with Simon Gough of Redfront, a service design consultancy, on Thursday 17th May to develop our plans. We've also completed a survey of partners' current news & information services. The team includes staff from four partner organisations - CHYPPS, ViSTA, SREC and Somerset Towns Forum.
